I need a Formal Dress For The Military Ball.?

I just moved to Jacksonville, NC and I don’t really know where to go shopping for a dress around here. I went to the mall and they didn’t have anything. My price range is under 100 dollars. Does anyone know of any places i should look? Thanks!

there are a lot of online sites, macys, nordstrom, jcrew, ny and co, white house black market, ann taylor loft.

Could provide some links but need more info certain colors you like, do you want sleeves, strapless, straps, long or cocktail length
