I live in Arlington, Virginia I have to meet my sister somewhere near I-495 on Sunday. Suggestions?

I have to meet my sister in some part that is close to I – 495 to pick up some things brought to me. I live in Arlington, She will come from the southern area of Virginia Beach / Newport News. Is there or a subway stop or shopping center / strip mall that is easy to reach from I-495 where you could meet? She does not want to drive a lot.

I find out of 95, is the commercial center of Springfield, and metro stop
