Richmond Centre is the real "Chinatown"?

I'm not familiar with Vancouver and have been doing some research, but could not find exactly the answer to my question. I want to know is whether the Richmond Centre mall is a real common stores such as H & M and what not, or makes small boutiques that sell things at a cheap price and Asian restaurants (Chinatown)? Thanks.

No, Richmond Centre is not real Chinatown is the continent lower. The real Chinatown is located in downtown Vancouver, near Main Street and Hastings Street. There are four centers in Richmond East, as Parker Place and Yohan Centre plus some smaller facilities and all the East serve the subject. They are relatively new and very busy, but are secondary in comparison with the original Chinatown.
