PLEASE HELP, 8 th grade formal?

PLEASE HELP my eighth grade formal is coming up and I have no idea what to wear. I've gone to three different Macys, two jcpennys and forever21. I spent four hours searching but could not find anything! Can anyone help? Here is some information about myself: hair: dark brown, about two inches long, from where it meets my shoulder, a little kinky, but the eyes of flies: the dark brown skin: the body right: I'm not flat but I'm not so great either .. I'm more on the side plane. I'm about 5 feet 2-4 inches, and I said I'm not too fat or too thin clothing preferences: the knee or shorter, and a tank, tank top, something to attract attention (in a good way) to me I would rather go to a store instead of buying real Online, I'd rather try it on (sometimes it looks better on the computer when I really do get it). I live near Richmond VA, so if you can find the shopping center having the store would be great. THANK YOU
