Shopping Mall Richmond Bc

Together with the International District, anyone know of more shops and Chinese restaurants in the Seattle area?

I'm looking for as a commercial center, center trade, as they have done in Richmond, BC

That is south of the Great Wall of Seattle in Renton, near IKEA. Not specifically Chinese, but rather, "Pan Asia."
