Have I been convicted?

When I was 16, I was arrested at a shopping mall for petty theft, I went through the whole court process, and my punishment was to take a jail tour, complete 50 hours of community service, and take a class on underage crime. Then the crime was expunged. So if i’m applying for a job and on the questionnaire it says :

Have you ever been convicted of a crime, including DUI and DWI, submitted a plea of Guilty, No Contest, Prayer for Judgment, or similar plea or served probation as a result of deferred prosecution, pretrial intervention, or similar agreement? Yes No

Do I have to answer yes?

Based on the wording you just gave you answer yes
