Grandparents are pissing me off?
Ok so my grandparents are soooo anooying its pissing me off. Have NO table manners at all. Do not use spoons to serve and use their hands or their own forks to get the food. They slurp your soup and eat sooooo much sometimes with their hands. That just bothers me so much .. Also treat me like a child. I have 16 years of age and when I go to the mall of my grandmother insists on going with me and holds my hand. I try to remove it, but then says it could lost. Like WTF?! I'm not 5 .. And then I come home from a birthday party for his friends asking if my mom was his friend and if we play kiddy games like musical chairs. SERIOUSLY.my friends and I walked through the mall and went shopping. And my baby cousins birthday party bags were distributed to young children. My grandma was like "Hey! Give my granddaughter! LILLO is a girl too!" = __ = What should I do?! I am very angry and upset ….
I'm sure that will not get better answer here, but want to respond anyway. You know … If you are lucky enough to have grandparents! So many people do not have the opportunity to have grandparents their lives. I know it can be annoying to you that … but is lucky to have them. I love you and only want the best for you. My girlfriend just lost her grandmother this weekend. He is devastated. He is completely grateful for the time he was able to spend with her and not leave it to the world. If you are so worried about them, not treating you as if you are older five years, have a conversation one-on-one with them letting them know that you feel that you deserve to be accorded greater respect than they have been receiving from them in public and want to be treated as if you are older. Maybe they are so used to being your precious angel does not have realized it has grown so much! Do not blame them for lack communication! My partner never have a minute to be with his grandmother … enjoy them while you can!
