shopping mall developers
How much knowledge of physics and chemistry must work to build a shopping center know?

I am writing a data table of 5 different jobs that would be needed in the construction and equipping of a mall. I chose retail developer, estate agent roots, lawyer, architect and interior designer. I have to write also the amount of knowledge of physics and chemistry must each worker. Please help me thanks!

in real life, none of these professions require physics or chemistry background. Land developer sees a piece of farmland in the way of the future city expansion. Works with banks to finance the purchase of land. Develop a comprehensive plan of land, shopping center, neighborhood, etc hire engineers civilians to assess the drainage and utilities and elevations, etc. that meet local codes. Go to local government to change the zoning. Hire a Contractor General to prepare the land according to the civil engineering specifications, build roads, parking lots. Then maybe hire an architect to design commercial buildings, etc. and other contractors hired to construct the buildings. no chemistry. without knowledge of physics. just real estate agents find property people want to sell and market the property to potential buyers. No chemistry. no physical law. Come on. lawyers who only need a background in chemistry or physics are patent attorneys. And even that is a bit sketchy. Most DUI lawyers practice and divorce law. what it means to read the codes know the legal proceedings, judges and prosecutors know and cutting deals. involved in a shopping center know general contract law, civil liability law, architects, etc. are basically the artists. They designed the building's appearance, make drawings, and approve the final draft. They are responsible for the entry and exit but that's it. The design part is always breeding structural civil engineers. interior designer. to choose the colors and textures to the rooms, furniture and curtains. *********** Now. jobs that would need funds of chemistry and physics to build a shopping center are the same. engineering guys structural. Civil engineers who design the support columns, ceilings, walls, foundation, stairs, lift support structure, floors, etc., in compliance with local codes. as seismic design codes. etc. The guys in mechanical engineering. The design of the pumping system and distribution to protect fire water systems, sewage systems, etc. Electrical engineers. The guys who calculate how much energy the building needs and design energy distribution. an MCC / electrical room. motor control and power. The boys plan electrical circuits, switchboards, transformers, etc, and the project director. The chief engineer in charge of all engineering and construction tasks. This person is usually a mechanical or chemical engineer.
