what is and is still functional cheapest way to make online shopping mall with custom skin?

My property will be 20 to 40 … I was thinking then you trade your templates are usually ugly. wordpress is not very sophisticated with electronic commerce as far as I know, but cute. Any idea or suggestion will apprecitiated. have a great day.

I would suggest oscommerce but if you do not like that one might take a look at ZenCart. I'm pretty sure you can customize the templates to your liking no matter what you use if you are good with CSS.
