Camera Underwater Bag

Underwater waterproof bags??

I need a good waterproof bag under water for cell phones, passports, money and other items personal. I need a waterproof underwater camera bag. I want to be able to use the camera under the water too. Can anyone tell me where and what type to get? It's only for going on a cruise SNORKELING so I have to bring all this to me.
