Extreme back pain!! WERE CAN I BUY HELP!!!!?

I have been having Lower back pain on and off ive been to the hospital all that many times they had me prescribed with some muscle relaxants last year but i hated them. I will have this pain on and off about every month. When i get it, i cant sleep im in such pain ive tried advil,aleve,unisom nothing works. The only thing that does work and were i can sleep is a narcotic pain killer like vicodin. But they wont prescribe me them. I dont know what to do its awfull. I was wondering if there is anywere online were i could buy them.
The reason i dont think they will is because i was caught using herion 10-15 years ago and i believe they have it on record. but when i really need something just to go to sleep with out being in pain i need it. i go outside in the cold to try and numb it.

Your doctor must have a reason for not prescribing. Your doctor is trained to spot drug seeking behavior. It may be what he suspects in you. If you disagree with his treatment plan for you seek another opinion. I don’t suggest you go outside of conventional medical wisdom and self medicate. You don’t know what you are getting from on line sources. And unrestrained use of these drugs leads to dependence.
