do i have to buy only the original music?
if no please give me ay other suggessions……….
i’m not giving music for download..
if it is neccessary to take the permissinon.. how’ll i do it in india?
I have no idea what the legal status of these activities is in India, but in the US even if you own the music and it isn’t available for download, you can’t let other people listen to it online unless you have a broadcast license, and soon, new laws will make it a fee per play. I don’t suggest trying to have retail music play on your website mainly because the RIAA will sue you with the law on their side or not.
