buying new laptop could use help please?
Hello i want to buy a laptop but im not very good with
all the computer stuff. So i was wondering if someone can
please help me. i live in Canada.
i will use the laptop for mainly surfing the web
but i use my desktop that i have now for Photoshop
and media uses as well. im told a mac would be good for that
but i prefer windows also because i use media programs sometimes
not often. I also use it for music and sometimes messengers and
social working. we use online gaming usually as well.
i guess we are looking for a all around computer but im not sure
if we go to the store what kind of computer we should get
and what kind of things the laptop should have. i have been told
to buy one that has atleast 2 ghz and more 2gb ram.
but we want one that isnt to much money also maybe max 1500 bucks.
or around there so can anyone please someone help me thank you.
I see no reason to get a laptop, unless there’s something you didn’t tell us.
A desktop is cheaper, allows you to upgrade easier with peripherals (hardware) and don’t forget, is better for bigger monitors (screens).
Check for on that has at least 3 Gigahertz CPU (Central Processing Unit) speed and at least 2 Gigs (4 Gigs. is better for your media needs especially with Photoshop.
If you wait till after Christmas to buy, you should be able to get one (Desktop or Laptop) for $800.
Whomever told you $1500 is WAY off, unless you live in the boondocks.
