Online games doesn’t work?
Hello, whenever i play any online games, my computer just shut off. My computer does not have any virus, it is brand new and i have 4 anti-virus (AVG, Nortron, Avira, Kaspersky) and i scan my whole files and there’s no any viruses. I also buy an error remover and still any online games doesn’t work!!! How do i fix this? THANKS
First, don’t have more than 2 protection software on your PC. One Anti-Virus and one firewall at most. They may start seeing each other as threats and your PC goes crazy.
If you can not play online games, it is probably because of your firewall settings. You need to set your firewall to allow the specific software (that games you want to play) connect to outer servers.
But you say that it shuts down. If you mean the game, it may be because of your computer. Try turning down games settings or closing the programs running in the back.
If it is the computer that is shutting down, then I recommend you reinstall Windows, get a better power-supply or try updating all your drivers and Direct X.
