Buy Online Itunes Gift Certificate

I got an email from iTunes? – Real or Fake?
I got an email on the 26th of May.
The Subject says: “Thank you for buying iTunes Gift Certificate!” but I only bought three 10 dollar iTunes Gift Certificate and it was in Japan.
This is how it’s written:
Hello!
You have received an iTunes Gift Certificate in the amount of $50.00
You can find your certificate code in attachment below.
Then you need to open iTunes. Once you verify your account, $50.00 will be credited to your account, so you can start buying music, games, video right away.
iTunes Store.
And it also sais From:
iTunes Online Store (customer.service@itunes.com)
This email wasn’t in the inbox but was marked as Junk. And when I tried to open the attachment, an alert pops up and says: The File *****.zip is infected with an unknown virus, so it isn’t safe to download the file”
I’m almost 100% sure it’s a scam and is not safe. But I want your opinion because I wouldn’t mind having 50$ worth of iTunes Credit
What do you think?
100% scam
There is no company called iTunes, iTunes is a product of Apple.
If any e-mail that was related to iTunes would have been sent to you, it would have said it was a “@apple.com” address.
